    I'm not a salad lover but Emeril's salads are always so flavourful, tasty and amazing! I loved the combination of flavours in this dish. Plus it looked really pretty too!

    I made this recipe as a starter to my Thanksgiving dinner this year. The salad was awesome. I did substitute brined olives for the mushrooms as I was having a mushroom stuffing with the dinner . The combination of flavors was great and got raves from my guest. Thank you for the recipe Emeril.
