This is the best recipe for brisket I've ever used. Last year my company for Passover came over the 2nd night of the holiday in hopes of getting leftovers, though they were not invited!

Excellent the next day either cold as part of a sandwich or warmed up as an entree. Simple prep and basically a pop it in and forget it until the timer goes off.

My children who hate onions and garlic found this recipe the best meat recipe they have tried. My older teenager's friends ate the meal with us and raved over the "candy" of the onions and wanted the recipe. This is a winner.

I made this brisket for Passover and it instantly a hit. It was tender and full of flavor. The sauce was great on white rice. I would make this dish every year.

I made this for the first about 3 years ago for Easter. My entire family loved it. I started making it for Xmas also every year since. It has become a part of my holiday menu. If you've never tried this recipe, you're missing out big time. Try it once and you're hooked. This is what I prepare for the most important people in my life. We love each other and we all love this brisket.
