It is a very nice mix of flavors, and I have never tried pesto before. I would use it as a side dish. It is very easy to make, does not require fancy ingredients. It is a very light dish, but burst of flavor.

This was a very nice pasta salad. It was easy, tasty and fairly quick to make. My family enjoyed it very much. I followed the directions as stated with the only one exception. I used some sundried tomatoes chopped instead of the yellow tomatoes, that I was unable to find at the grocery store. It still turned on wonderful. This is a keeper recipe that we will enjoy many times to come. Thank you Emeril.

Sorry but I didn't think this was anything great. Also had to use 2 lbs of pasta as it made way too much pesto. Too much arugula flavor, would add more oil, parm, garlic, nuts next time.

This was a big hit when I brought it to my families' Christmas get-together. It made more than we could finish and everyone was asking where I found it. I used kalamata olives. Didn't quite know what olive-cured olives were. Worked great.

This is an awesome recipe. My entire family had seconds and still wanted more. This pasta is very light but extremely tasty. 100% recommended.
