    I really enjoyed the taste. I was all set to make it when I realized I was out of crushed tomatoes. I used diced tomatoes which was ok but not as good as the crushed tomatoes would have been. My whole family gobbled it up.

    This is a great recipe! Like the many reviewers stated, the recipe is easy and the meal is quick to make. My two kids ate it without a single complaint, which make for a pleasant dinner time. I would recommend this recipe to any parent looking for meal to satisfy the kids as well as the adults. Thanks Emeril!!

    This recipe is amazing! It's great tasty, fast and easy meal to make for us busy parents. Took only a half hour and kids gobbled it up, that's a rear occurrence to see from my picky kids. This is a recipe that Im saving, for sure!

    Awesome!!!!! I 4xs this for 5 of us and there were leftovers...for a short while! Used frozen tomatoes from the garden. So fresh and wonderful! Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausages, wow! This is a keeper! We all had such a hard time stopping eating!! soooo good!!!

    I have never reviewed a recipe or any other product, however I made this vodka pasta with linguine pretty much as the recipe stated. It was the very best pasta sauce I have ever had.
    Had seconds and had to force myself to stop. The one big change is I used mushrooms instead of sausage, it was very very very good.
