This is a total keeper! Had fresh caught grouper which made it so very good. The salad is really spectacular with the fish - great flavor combo!! This will become our "house" grouper recipe, for sure!

We just made this for Mother's Day and the fish and salad were excellent! We used grouper filets as that was available. The seasoning was enough to give flavor, but not overpower the fish. The salad was even better than I thought. Combining the arugula and the spinach was an excellent idea. We did not have red onion, but substituted shallots instead and it was outstanding!

With fresh grouper onhand (unusual>, I was preparing to filet & freeze a major portion. Suddenly -- guests! My husband fired up the grill & I followed Emeril's recipe exactly. (I keep Essence onhand, but no matter since it takes only a coupla mins to mix it up.

I continue to feel astounded at how well this turned out ... delicious ... delectable

Made this for a football tailgate dinner....excellent! I cut the skin off, brushed both sides with the mixture, wrapped individually in foil. Cooked on the grill for about 15 minutes....it was delicious!!

Easy and oh sooooo good! My hubby and I just ate over a pound of grouper. So light and flavorful. Will definitely make again.
