We didn't have the various seeds mentioned, and I replace the corn syrup with raw agave nectar. These were delicious! Definitely recommend patting them down firmly so that they hold together. We wrapped the cut-up rectangles in plastic wrap and they made an easy breakfast to-go.

These granola bars are packed with nutritious goodies and came out absolutely delicious! I brought them to a potluck and not only did my daughter love them, but some of the adults were sneaking them before the desserts came out! These are a staple snack in my house.

These are awesome!! I made these exactly as written with the only exception being that I used toasted whole almonds instead of the slivered ones and I loved the whole almonds in this recipe. Took these on a week long backpacking trip and they were the food I looked forward to every day. Definitely recommend these and will make them again.

These granola bars are incredible. I used 1 cup of pecans, 1 cup of slivered almonds, and 1/2 cup of walnuts (next time I will try the recipe with the nuts as instructed, the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds would be sooo good! I didn't use raisins because I don't like 'em.

This is easy to make, and not time consuming. I didn't really find that it used that many dishes, as other reviewers complained of, but then again when you make things from scratch they frequently use up a lot of dishes so maybe I'm just used to it.

This has a very deep, rich flavor due to the nuttiness and the peanut butter. Emeril has got my number with this one!

Absolutely yummy! My husband and kids (teens couldn't stop eating it! It is a little time consuming though ----watching and stirring the mix while baking, But well worth it! I substituted dried blueberries for raisins, and added flax and hemp seed to make it even more healthy! The entire batch was gone in one day! My kids say that the peanut butter and dried blueberries makes the dish. Will try a mix of blueberries and cranberries next time. And will make it again...and again....!! Have tried other granola recipes, which are quicker and easier to make, but then they done taste as good as this one. Wasn't too happy about the corn syrup but am willing to indulge sometimes for the taste.

These granola bars are great on flavor. After reading the other reviews, i made sure to press them into baking dish to get them the best chance to stick together. They came out great.

I made these for my daughter to take to school. They are delicious. A bit time consuming the first time, but now that I'm working on my 4th batch, I can get it done much faster.
