No one in my family liked this dish. Although we all managed to eat it, no one wants to have it again. In fairness, we all decided we don't care for the taste of cold prosciutto and agreed that the taste of the dressing was off. It definitely won't be a repeat at our house.

Seriously, we love each ingredient individually, but we thought the blend was strange. The proscuitto became soggy. Tomatoes did not seem to fit at all...It reminded us how delicious proscuitto, peas, and pasta would be together with a hint of olive oil, garlic and fresh basil. And, since fresh peas are available, it will be on the menu next week...

This pasta salad is fresh tasting, unique and delicious. I made it for a large family gathering and everyone loved it (even my Italian husband who usually does not like cold pasta dishes. I will definitely make it again!
