My husband was hesitant to try this one, but we were both so pleased with the results. Not too time consuming, but oh so tasty! Only substituting I did was green onions for the shallots. Perfect!

I been dieing to make this recipe for a long time. It was easy to make. The taste wasn't salty like some said. It was light in taste and tender to eat. My husband and I enjoyed it tremendously. Thanks Emeril!

I made this dish exactly by the recipe, and once again emeril didn't disappoint! My family loved it, and the meunier sauce was fantastic on the fish. I was worried about putting the shoestrings on the fish, but turned out great.

Great recipe, my husband even ate it and he hates fish. Had lots of topping left over. We found it salty, may be due to the Creole Seasoning, I would use less next time.

This had great flavor but the crust wasnt as crusty as I would have liked, it just sort of sat there and didnt adhere at all and crumbled when moved. I will make it again but probably modify. ANYTHING with a beurre blanc tastes good!!

We liked the topping and the fish. The sauce was good but a little too much butter. The spice is great but might be better with less salt.

Much faster than recipe said time should take. A show stopper on the plate and with guests.

My wife and I try to stay good but simple when entertaining guests for lunch or dinner. We usually stick with beef cuisines like fajitas or hamburgers, etc. For a change we tried this pecan crusted cod and it was sooooo good...a pure hit with our guests. We made the sauce earlier in the day. We served the cod with garlic mashed potatoes (which were also made earlier in the day and heated in the oven right before dinner time and grilled asparagus, which was also easy. This meal was delicious and the best part was that I got to enjoy our company more instead of running from dish to dish trying to get everything right.
