My family just loved this. Took it to a party and it was gone in no time. Definitely will make this again.

Why does Emeril add garlic to everything?? Recipe was fine until you ruined it with garlic.
In Mexico, garlic is never used. In Texas and California, garlic is rarely used.
Garlic seems to be used in areas without genuine Mexican food!

Very good but be careful with the lime. If you're using lime juice from the bottle instead of fresh squeezed, half the amount to taste.

I was looking for a super simple, basic pico de gallo recipe to add to some chicken quesadillas and this worked out great! It's a great base recipe that can easily be customized to taste.

This is definately not the best pico de gallo, but its not horrible either. It might have been good with half a lime, but two??? I couldnt even taste the tomatoes.

Super and simple. For a change, try serrano peppers in place of the jalapenos, and you can't use to much cilantro!
