You do have to be careful with the garlic. I make this with Vidallia onions instead of red (personal preference I combine this with some black beans and a couple of ounces of grilled chicken to make a lunch much better than anything you can get at the cafeteria at work.

A very simple and easy recipe with the right amount of heat to enhance any dish, especially to quesadilla burgers!

Quick & easy. Start with just one clove of minced garlic & add more if you like. This is great with chips, or as a condiment with any mexican dish.

I used a less garlic than called for and it was very good. Nice and fresh tasting.

I made this recipe, but actually added less garlic than it states, and it still was overwhemling in garlic flavor. Add the garlic a little at a time to be sure it isn't too much for you taste.
