this salsa tasted amazing! it was like salsa you would find in mexico, not something that came out of a jar from the market.

In a word, delicious. I have experimented with several different Pico de Gallo recipes and couldn't find one that had all the tastes, the flavors and the spices that I was looking for, until I made this one. The perfect blend of flavors and textures in this dish makes it my favorite Pico de Gallo recipe ever.

This recipe was very tasty, easy and authentic. In one word 'Delish'! I prefer to peel the tomatoes. So I blanch them in boiling water for 2minutes, then run under cool water. Peel. The recipe is easy to tweek to ones linking by adding more of any ingrediant. This is a keeper recipe. Thank you Emeril for yet another flavorful and yummy dish.
