I THINK THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE . IT WAS EASY TO MAKE AND THE COMBINATION OF THE HEAT AND SWEET WAS GREAT. I SUBSTITUTED ONE CUP OF MANDRINE ORANGES FOR PINNEAPPLE AND ALSO ONE CUP OF PINNEAPPLE JUICE FOR ONE OF THE CUPS OF WATER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING IT IF YOUR A CHILLI HEAD ALSO DONT BE AFRAID TO KICK THE HABANEROS UP A NOTCH AND GO FOR A WHOLE PEPPER.

I made this last night and me and my hubby love it!

I added canned pineapple chunks since I was in a bit of a time crunch and being lazy. I added Splenda for baking instead of sugar to keep the calorie count lower.

I liked the previous posters idea of fresh cherries! This is really something you can experiment with. I was unsure about the Splenda, but it works wonderfully!

I will make this often. I have an ice cream sweet tooth and this may break that habit! :
