    Just returned from Portugal and the first thing I did was Google Piri Piri! I got addicted to the stuff. This is actually better than the stuff in the bottle that we had on our trip..

    I think this is pretty good actually. I like flavor with a decent amount of heat and this fulfills my requirement on both counts. I modified it a bit because I was short 1 poblano pepper. So I incorporated 1 Sweet Red pepper instead. It is rich with all of the olive oil. I had to stop myself from eating it like salsa! This is a great way to use up extra peppers to avoid tossing them.
