Delicious and well thought-out recipe. I'm not the biggest fan of goat cheese, so next time I make this (and there will be a next time I'll probably try a different kind of cheese. Still, a fantastic - and just challenging enough - recipe

Great Recipe - modified it slightly with Gluten Free Bread Crumbs - was a hit with the whole family except for the goat chees mashed potatoes I might make with some other cheese or a greek yogurt next time.

This recipe is so good! Make it all, because it all goes perfectly together. It isn't too spicy, and the peasant sauce tastes so fresh. This recipe is pretty easy considering how impressive it looks. I used a meat thermometer to cook the lamb perfectly to 145 med. rare.

I never liked his show, so I stayed away from his recipes. Then, I tried one, and it was great. I got the most compliments off that meal. Being one to admit I was wrong about him, I made the Rack of Lamb next. Rave reviews! It was excellent. I'm not one for too much "stuff" so next time, I'll keep the menu simple and just make the rack of lamb with potatoes and leave out the peasant sauce. The peasant sauce is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But the lamb and potatoes alone are worthy of all five.

I served this at a dinner party of 8 and it was a terrific hit. The lamb was delicious; the mashed potatoes were delicious and the peasant sauce was amazing. I did, however, find that the cooking time was a little on the short side. I believe that it took closer to an hour for the lamb to be at the medium rare state.

My wife had never, ever tasted a lamb dish that she liked. She has requested it twice since.

These are the best lamb chops. My sister says she craves them all the times. My husband and father-in-law think they are the best they have ever had. Try them and decide for yourself.
