    This is a great pizza recipe! The flavor of the garlic-mushroom-herb mixture really stands out since there is no sauce on the pizza. I increased the amount of herbs called for because I didn't feel that the 1 teaspoon of parsley and the 1/4 teaspoon of thyme was enough for the amount of mushrooms in the recipe. I used a combination of Fontina and fresh mozzarella since I didn't have the Taleggio on hand. Also, I made my favorite pizza dough recipe ("Perfect Pizza Margherita" from the Food & Wine website since I have never found one better. This is a delicious recipe which I will be making over and over again!
