    This took me literally 15 minutes to make, very simple and delicious. I used a store bought dough and kept everything else to the recipe directions. It came out great!!

    This is a super easy, fast recipe (especially for someone like me, a college student, who only cooks once or twice a week. The taste is fantastic. I'll take this classic over a supreme-style delivery pizza any day. As far as variations, I eased up on the basil and used some oregano. My brothers loved it and want me to make it again.

    These toppings are good no matter what dough you put them on. Then again, a Margherita pizza is very simple. The sauce is simple & refreshing and you can't go wrong with basil & fresh mozz. BUT . . . the dough redefines the term, insipid. And it lacks the texture a pizza crust should have. I would suggest using properly fermented dough.
