This recipe caused me major apprehension as I was presenting it for a New Year's Eve dinner party. It resulted in being one of the best recipes I've ever made. I definitely will make it again and again. I suffered with deep frying the spinich, however. There was still moisture on it and my kitchen was trashed from popping oil. I'll know better next time.
