Has anyone baked these instead of frying?

This recipe was a hit with my family. Easy to put together. The Sweet and Sour sauce really puts this over the top. Love it!

My wife does not like shrimp and she didn't even know that it was in it and she ate four or five, son even ate one. I will never be scared of making egg rolls again. This summer I will try BBQ pork egg rolls. The filling was a lot and had to freeze about 2 1/2 cups of it for another day.

When I tasted these eggrolls I fell in love. Everyone else thought I bought them from a restaurant. I had to show them the dicarded materials before they believed me!
