I was a little hesitant to try a recipe with no reviews but we were in a jam and in a rush. Turned out beautifully. It was incredibly easy and ribs came out tender and succulent. I really only went with the apples, onions and wine due to lack of ingredients but it was still more than fine.
I don't think you could go wrong with more apples b/c the acidity and sweetness help to break down the meat and add a natural zing to the meat. Either way, wifey said to add it to the 'keeper list'
Emeril comes through once again!
