Pork Roast and French Fry Po' Boy
Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 360 degrees. Fry potatoes until brown and crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes. Slice open bread. Spread with mayonnaise and fill with lettuce and tomato. Fill with pulled pork and top with french fries. Open a beer. Eat, drink, dance to the Funky Meters and enjoy the Fest.
