I made this bbq sauce tonight and it's not very good at all!! My wife couldn't even get past the smell of it to even taste this sauce!

This is a great rib recipe, the taste is outstanding. But could someone please advise how much adobo sauce to use in the BBQ sauce.
    Thank you

I've made this several times (baking in the oven and it is out of this world! I use garlic salt, onion powder, red pepper flakes (for a kick and light brown sugar for the rub. Then I bake it in Sweet Baby Ray's honey bbq sauce and it is PHENOMENAL! My husband loves it with Paula Deen's homemade garlic mashed potato recipe and skillet fried asparagus! Amazing!

I made this this past weekend on my new bbq. Good flavor, very tender. I'll do this again.

I did use my own seasonings so I expected the flavor to be different, but after following the cooking instructions the ribs were not even close to being tender. I won't try it again.

The only thing that I didn't like is that I ran out of ribs.

The recipe is fairly simple to make, I don't cook a lot. It tastes great. The chipotle adds a nice heat without taking away the flavor.

    I skipped the pork rinds.

My recommendation is make extra rub for later even if you are not making a lot of ribs. You will want it, and you won't have to remake it, same goes for the sauce

I highly recommend this recipe, it's a keeper.
