    This is simply a deliciour recipe. The sweetnes of the prunes mixed with the shallots and pearl onion sauce over it all is wonderful. Its the sauce that makes this scrumptious. Thank you again Emeril. Terry in Santa Rosa

    Although a little more difficult than I'm use to, this turned out wonderful, the first time and every time. This is a dish I serve a lot for guest. They are always very impressed. The prune sauce adds a rich flavor. My kids even eat it.
