    I recently made pot roast for the first time. It came out great and very moist. Since I didn't want to eat the same pot roast leftover, I decided to check out other recipes which used leftover pot roast. Found this recipe and tried it out. I thought it tasted nice, but not as tasty as I thought it would be, especially given the high ratings of the other reviewers. The sauce was nice but it still had some pot roast taste to it. But it was quite easy to make and I had all the ingredients on hand at home.

    This is an excellent way to use left over pot roast. It was full of flavor and texture. I used leftover gravy in the sauce but there was no hint of "pot roast" just a delicious bolognese. My family loved it!!
