This soup was not very hard to make and was so delicious, my mother loved it and my picky eater brother really really liked it and thought it was great, I will be maing this for years to come

The soup was quite flavorful, except that it was a little salty. Next time I will probably use lower sodium chicken stock and cut out the added salt. Overall though, I found the recipe easy enough, except for the mess I made when the blender exploded. I never used a blender to puree soup before.
I would definitely try this again with the above mentioned changes.

I've made a lot of potato soups in my day but this was by far the best. The balance of flavors is perfect. This is a hit every time!

This soup was absolutely fabulous! But then, all of Emerils recipes are. Very flavorful and silky.

Overall it was tasty but a little too salty for us. I will definitely skimp on the recommended salt next time.
