I saw this on TV and had to try it myself. Gosh, it is so simple and what a fantastic flavor. Who would ever think that your almost empty bag of potatoe chips that are smashed could be used for something other than tuna casserole. WOW!!!!!!

This recipe was so easy, and they turned out so well, which I was surprised because I hardly ever bake. My family and friends loved them, and they look so perfect when they come out, like cookies from a box.

Very easy to make. A good simple shortbread cookie. I didn't make the chocolate sauce as chocolate isn't my favorite. These would be good with sliced peaches, pears, berries, or ice cream of just plain.
