I didn't try the squash or vinagrette, but the catfish is delicious, and pretty easy too.

Fresh catfish wasn't available at the fishmarket so I used another white fish. My boyfriend LOVED it! He was very impressed and said it's now one of his favorites. It was very easy to prepare and there are so many wonderful flavors it makes you look forward to every bite! Without a doubt I will make this recipe again for dinner guests.

easy to prepare. unique and flavorful dish. a huge hit with guests. i'm usually not that great of a cook but this turned out really great and gave me the confidence to try and cook more often.
