Even though I cut the amount of cheese in half the sauce was still disgusting. I served it at a dinner party for 10 and both my husband and I didn't like it. A few people said that they did like it but I have a feeling that they were just being polite.

It was much easier to make gnocchi than I had anticipated. That said, I did have to look up more specific instructions for how to actually form the gnocchi. The sauce was delicious, if a little heavy on the cheese.

the gorgonzola was way to over powering i cut the cheese in half and it was still very salty. The way gnocchi are cooked were delicious.

Gnocchi recipe is fairly standard and no problem with it, however with regards to the sauce-I halved the gorgonzola called for and still found it quite overwhelming, an overall salty and pungent affect--which despite this having a 'blue cheese' base it calls for proportions not common in the use of this cheese.

the sauce is a little salty for me, but the gnocchi are as light as I've had in any restaurant
