    My husband and I loved this meal. I had some of Emeril's Greens with Ham Hock Gravy in my freezer so I pulled those out to serve with this meal rather than making the recipe offered here. I agree with Joel - that the bread pudding was nothing short of exquisite. BTW, I believe that Tchoupitoulis is a street in New Orleans, pronounced sort of like "chop - i - too - lus."

    The centerpiece of this recipie is ironically a side dish. The bread pudding was nothing short of exquisite. The chicken and gravy was definitely tasty, but the greens were way too much effort for what my family and I agreed was just kind of there. They weren't bad, but not good enough to warrant the prep work or the cooking time.

    When I make this again (and I definitely will, I'll probably do a basic spinach salad on the side instead.
