A traditional Cuban is made with Roast Pork, so instead of ground chuck, how about ground pork or mixture of the two. Definately worth a try. Can't wait to try this on my husband, he loves a good Cuban sandwich.

if you're sick of the same old run of the mill burgers, give this a try. Very easy to throw together and lots of flavor. A great change of pace.

The hardest part of this recipe is explaining to others what the brick is for. The sauce is just zesty enough to add flavor to even the cheapest and blandest of burgers. Simple enough for the kids. I may teach this to the boy scout troop.
