    I nixed the sweet relish and it turned out great. I made extra pimento cheese so that I could have grilled pimento cheese sandwiches throughout the week. My 11yr old and 9 yr old even loved it.

    Wonderful tasting sandwich. Good directions, plus the demo helped. I kept thinking, "...he said to wrap the sandwiches in foil and put weights on in the frig...or it won't work right" I didn't really get it until we unwrapped and ate them. Very tasty. Keeper.

    This is quick and easy to make and has an awsome taste. Very tasty. This would be a win over at any indoor or outdoor event.

    Emeril's Pressed Ham Sandwich with Pimiento Cheese is outstanding. In fact, I grew up with this very same recipe in the deep south but had not made it in some time, so when I saw Emeril's show, it brought back fond memories and I decided to make up the Pimiento Cheese this past weekend and took it a step further and added some Black Forest Ham! This Pimiento Cheese recipe is the best in the world! Thanks Emeril for airing it on your show!!!

    Never had pimiento cheese spread before. Now I wish I hadn't....it's addictive. I want it with everything!! Great sandwich!

    This recipie is EXCELLENT.

    I had to work with the recipie though
    I couldnt find pimiento peppers so i used sweet peppers,which were very tasty. I used piccalini relish instead of plain pickle relish.

    The flavours combined were truly amazing and unforgetable. Each one indistinguishable, but blending in nicely with the rest of the ingredients.
