    Be sure to only use 2 tablesoops of the essence - NOT THE 2/3 CUPS OF ESSENCES PREPARED IN THE RECIPE!

    had to scrap off all of the spices just to get a bite of the scallop!

    Love it otherwise...

    BTW...if using medium sized scallops...back off on cooking time...unless you like chewing rubber!

    Yeah, so what? Essence this, Essence that. It's scallops with a little seasoning and wrapped (HOT in prosciutto. Big deal.

    This recipe was just what I was looking for. The only problem I had was that with both the Prochuitto and the seasoning the whole thing was very salty.
