This is a tasty recipe. I will however double the filling ( but still only 1/4 tsp of cayenne the next time. I realized this while spreading it over the pastry that it seemed a bit skimpy.

This little goodies are easy to make and were real hit with my family. I served them as an accompaniment to Emeril's Meatball Soup. I did substitute a little garlic powder for the fresh garlic as I don't like biting into a minced piece that hasn't been caramelized first.

These were so easy to make and tasted delish. But, I did have to cut out some of the garlic and all of the cayenne pepper (sorry, I don't like spicy things.

And this is a hit! I made two full sheets of these and they are gone---the neighbors and their kids smelled them baking and were walking by noses sniffing the air!

My family really enjoyed these. I like this recipe because even though I couldn't find puff pastry,I used croissant roll dough in a tube instead and it worked beautifully. They were easy to make and you can season them to your tastes.

This is a good recipe. But, I am not excited about it. Easy to make, would be a good edition for a party.

These puffs were a big hit over the holidays with family and guests, but were a bit too spicy for some of the wee and older folk...I'll make a batch with a little less garlic and cayenne for them next time.
