Delicious but cooking time may need to be increased depending on your oven

Baking time was way off (after an hour I turned off the oven and left it in for another 30+ minutes before it finally set up, but that's the only problem I had with this recipe! Yum!!!

I've made this several times and it is always a hit. The only modifications I make is to only use, graham crackers, butter and a little sugar in the crust. I've made it as instructed in the recipe but have found more people prefer it without the cinnamon and pecans. Other than the modification to the crust ingredients, I bake as instructed and it produces a perfect cheesecake every time.

Cheesecake came out pretty good and everyone liked it but for me it was missing something. For the crust I used cinnamon graham crackers along with the pecans.
I found that the 40 minute cook time was actually closer to an hour and 15 minutes or so.
Very easy if you follow the recipe and is a crowd pleaser but pay attention to cook time.

This is a staple every Thanksgiving for me, but I do not use a springform pan. I use a double size keebler graham cracker crust. Someday I'll have the springform pan!!

I used crushed gingersnap cookies and added the pecans to that for the crust. Also, baked it for 1 hr 15 min and it turned out perfect! Instead of the caramel sauce, I added more of the gingersnap cookie mixture to the top and then covered it with whipped cream and then more of the cookie mixture. So very good!

I get compliments every holiday on this recipe. It's my go-to holiday cheesecake. Only problem is it's a little tall, so it tends to split on the top, but it's just cosmetic. The taste is fantastic.
