I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving and everyone raved over it. It was the most delicious cheesecake I have ever eaten.

This cheesecake was a big hit at Thanksgiving. It was better than pumpkin pie.

I've made this cheesecake twice now, both for a twist on Thanksgiving dessert. My family LOVES it! It's the perfect combination of pumpkin and cheesecake, neither overwhelms! I'm getting requests to make it for Christmas, too!

This definately wasn't the best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever had. I couldn't find a 12" springform, so I settled for two 9" pans. I did a mix of gingersnaps/vanilla wafers/graham cracker crumbs with the pecans for the crust. Tasted good. The actual cheescake wasn't near sweet enough for my taste. Needed copius amount of whip cream. I probably won't try this recipe again. Sorry.

My sister and I baked a whole bunch of pumpkin goodies and were very excited for this recipe; but it turned out to lack flavor. The crust was delicious and the recipe easy to follow...but it needs more zing. If we try it again I'll definitely add some nutmeg, maybe ginger and some more cinnamon.

With a CuisineArt this recipe is so easy and it impresses everyone. I highly recommend.

Having read a few reviews that this was slightly bland, I added ginger and clove and 2 TBS of molasses. OMG it tasted soooooo good. I made two smaller cheesecakes from it, as my springform pan is 9 inches, and I gave the second cake to one of my guests at my dinner party as a "prize".
