I consider myself a pretty good cook and have made many successful meals from food network but this was not one of them. The pork was bland...the breading uninteresting. It was a lot of work for something very mediocre. My guess is I did something wrong because emeril would not have served that in his restaurant. If I ever see it on the menu I will order it to see what he intended!
