Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 4 toasted tortillas, cut or ripped into large dice
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ancho chile
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
