Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 4 toasted tortillas, cut or ripped into large dice
- 1/2 red onion, peeled
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ancho chile
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
