I made this for my mom on Mother's day and everyone loved it. I also paired this up with a fruit salad and made Emeril"s buttermilk pancakes, and once again, awesome. I will definitely make this dish again.

This is an excellent and easy quiche to make for any occasion. My wife and kids loved it for Mother's Day. Make it your own and add or substitute your favorite quiche ingredients. To save time, use a frozen pie crust and it will still turn out great. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I made this quiche for my sister's baby shower and was really nervous because I had not made quiche before. There were home economics teachers there and everyone LOVED LOVED the quiche. They even said it was the best quiche they had ever had! I used frozen Pillsbury 9-inch deep dish crusts poured the filling inside and baked!! Perfect!

My family all raved about this dish. It is a snap to make, especially if you use the food processor method for the crust. I did find that it required about 4 tablespoons of ice water, however. The salad is also tasty and pairs well with the quiche.

I made this for dinner last night, and my husband looked at me and said "that's for dinner? Hmmm...I've never had it for dinner before." I told him Emeril said it's okay to have eggs for dinner! So everyone from 4-43 loved it. Even my daughter who doesn't like eggs. The butter crust is a must-do. Very buttery and comes out perfectly. Don't bother buying a premade crust. They won't compare and it only takes literally a couple minutes to make in the food processor. I had to add more like 4-5 T. ice water instead of the 1-2 T. Filling was smooth and very good. Will make it again often!

I used this filling for mini-quiches that I made for a bridal shower. It is delicious and perfect! I can say absolutely nothing negative about it. 5 stars all the way.

This quiche was so flavorful, but not any one ingredient was overpowering. I also loved the fact that this quiche was not too "eggy" which I feel can give quiche a "rubbery" feel. It was so wonderful I will make this very often!

Wow! I took forever to find a recipe for mother's day this year. I stumbled upon this recipe and am extremely please. My only warning is that it takes time to make, but with that time you have a product that is well worth the effort. The quiche was perfect flavor wise. The salad was a beautiful compliment (even my little sister who dislikes salad left nothing on her plate! Overall an amazing recipe, I will make this recipe again!

I thought the recipe was great. I tweaked it a little. I use one large onion, 10oz. of lean ham and a little more cheese. But only rave reviews at the dinner table.
