    I used Pillsbury pie dough instead of making my own and partially cooked it first. The recipe was very easy to make. The only two things I would change for next time is that 1. I'd completely cook the bacon until it was crisp and 2. I'd cut the strips of bacon into small pieces.

    Warning, it says prep time 5 minutes, but that's only if you already have the crust made. Add at least an extra half hour. Other than that, this was a lovely and easy quiche. Everyone raved about it!! I will definitely be putting this into my repertoire.
