I recently made this as s side dish to serve with Emeril's Cajun Jambalaya. It was fantastic and a big hit around the table! I followed the recipe exactly. I wouldn't change a thing!

You need a pressure cooker for okra and tomatoes? I am not impressed with his recipes...too complicated!

Superb! Putting this in my keeper file. It really surprised me how great this recipe was. Emeril never lets me down though.

I did not have a pressure cooker, so I made this with canned okra on the stove. It was still pretty good... almost tasted pickled, though. It was a nice twist on how I would envision eating okra such as in gumbo or fried. We used this as a side dish to Emeril's Slow-Cooker Chicken, but this would almost work as a sauce as well, I think.

I have a pressure cooker and for the longest time all I knew how to make in it was Mom's Corned Beef and Cabbage. This recipe is top notch. A wonderful side for the FANTASTIC baby back ribs that also aired on this episode. If you have never tried okra, do yourself a favor and give it a try. You will not be disappointed!
