    I loved this chicken stir-fry; it was easy and full of flavor. I've done it twice and know I will continue using this recipe!!

    Left out the ginger that my hubby doesn't like. Used yellow onions, & served over rice. very good. No left overs!

    I had to adapt the recipe pretty severely. I used fresh vegies...onions, peppers, and carrots cut into matchsticks. I just fried those over high heat first for ten minutes then followed the rest of the recipe. I didn't have the noodles either... so I used rice. The sauce is really great for being made so fast.

    So, so, so very good. I used rice instead of noodles, but this is a very good stir fry.

    Best chicken stir fry my family and I have tasted. My 15 year old son is A very pickey eater and he had two helpins. This recipe is a definate keeper in my home

    Very authentic recipe. I did not have ginger root so I substituted it with ground ginger. I also did not use dry sherry or green onions as I did not have those on hand either. It still turned out very good. Delicious! This recipe is for keeps.

    I made this for my girlfriend and we both loved it. Instead of noodles I went with some jasmine rice. Next time, I'll go heavier on the red pepper flakes for some more heat.

    Couldn't find the noodles, so I cooked some mung beans and jasmine rice and mixed them. Couldn't find frozen veggies with broccoli so I used what I could find, and added a head of steamed broccoli. So good!
