This recipe was super easy, extremely fast and I could not beleive how deliscious it was! I whipped it up in about 30 min, from start to cleanup! Plus the recipe for the sauce would be perfect for other asian dishes!

One of the first Emeril recipes I have tried just b/c many of his aren't suited for quick week night meals but this one definitely is. Will be making this again soon! One change, I added a bit of sesame oil to mine.

Great weekday meal my family loved. Although I didn't use the sherry (had none or the red pepper (I thought it might be too spicy for kids, the stir-fry sauce was very tasty and very easy to make. I also used all fresh veggies because that's what I had on hand. I will keep this recipe handy to use again and again!

This has the stir-fry flavor I was looking for. A very good recipe that's doable on a weekday.

My family (even the picky four-year-old liked this. I used fresh veggies instead of frozen. I served it with rice instead of the noodles. The fresh ginger and hoisin sauce were what "made" it, IMHO.

This recipe was so simple and easy, but came out fabulous! Lots of flavor and great with Alton Brown's potstickers! We will be having this again for sure!
