So delicious! Swapped out oranges for grapefruits, raisins for dried cranberries, and parsley for cilantro and it really made a difference. I also over-reduced the grapefruit juice so I added a little bit of white wine vinegar and it added a really great zing. It was a great variation on this recipe.

Amazing flavor! One change I made was to cook the quinoa in low sodium chicken broth. Otherwise, followed the recipe as directed. Served it along side Ina's Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin...a nice accompaniament. Will definitely make again & have recommended it to friends on Facebook!

I changed out the raisins for dried cranberries and left out the green olives and it was the best quinoa salad I've made yet.

This was great side dish! The first thing I thought was, oranges and olives are NEVER going to work.. much to my surprise, they counter each other beautifully! I substituted the raisins for prunes and they worked just fine. I will definitely make this again. This dish is also an amazing source of fiber and protein!
