I have wild rabbits in my backyard, and won't eat rabbit. But made with chicken instead, it was almost all gone by the time I got from the kitchen to the dining table. I added a little chopped fresh rosemary to the Bayou Blast because I love rosemary. It added a tang that complimented the chicken and oysters very well. The recipe is definitely a keeper.
