Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2-ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces half-and-half
- *1 large egg white
- 2 to 3 dashes orange flower water
- Splash lemon juice
- Splash lime juice
- Crushed ice
- Club soda
- 1 lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the ice, club soda, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve.

Ramous Ginn Fizz is a traditional holiday drink at our house. My father would make a dozen of these for all our friends and neighbors. Very smooth and delicious! I think a sliced orange would be a nice garnish to go with the orange flower water!
