    This coffee cake is fabulous! It's so easy to throw together, bakes up beautifully and is delicious! I made this for a party & all my guests just loved it. Will definately be making this again and again!

    sorry to be pernickety but I was looking specifically for a coffee cake with maple syrup and got all excited but then...no coffee!

    This looks like it will become a favorite of my family when I make it - which I will tomorrow. I love Emeril, but I had to laugh watching him prepare this cake. He looked like he was having a hard time with that batter - but the magic of Television turned out a beautiful looking specimen! We should all be so fortunate!
