I loved these things, but I'm not too good at cookies yet, so they turned out a little overdone. Certainly not blameable on the recipe. I'm going to try them again soon. The raspberry and lemon combination is so good!

My picky husband wasn't too crazy about them, but everyone else I know who tried them loved them, including me! Very easy to make, great flavor.

I have made this recipe multiple times and it is always a success! A nice touch is to put a small amount of lemon liquor, such as limoncello, in the cookie. I never make the estimated amount for the recipe but I think they're better if they're a little larger in size. Be sure to sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a pleasing appearance and a great taste!

These cookies are AMAZING! Definitely my new favorite non-chocolate chip cookie, and simple to make on top of that! What more could a girl ask for?

Just a quick message to all the cookie makers that mention they didn't want to pay $30 for a bottle of Chambord to make these cookies. I really wanted to try theses so I took a quick trip to the local liquor store. They had two bottles. One
was $17 and one $27. The store keeper pointed these out.... I said to you have miniatures he said yes. I paid a grand total of $2.50 I have enough to make 30
or more batches of these cookies. I hope this helps. BTW the taste and smell of Chambord is amazing.... Don't miss out on this ingredient... Happy Baking and happy holidays... Thanks Emeril for sharing your favorite....

Awesome just as written. The second time I rolled half of the balls in chopped nuts, and drizzled white chocolate over all of them and they turned an awesome cookie into a specutacular cookie for part of the cookies I give my friends and family!!!
