    Absolutely loved this recipe!!!!!! I do use another dumpling recipe, but would not change a thing for the chicken!!!

    RICHARD'S DUMPLINGS:
    To cook, drop by the teaspoon onto a rack in a steamer. Steam until dumplings are cooked, about 4 to 6 minutes.-----
    QUESTION - does this mean the dumplings should NOT touch the broth???
    Can I drop them on a large roaster rake and cook them this way???

    MADE MANY TIMES..NEVER CHANGED ANYTHING-WHY MESS WITH PERFECTION??? AS SOUTHERN AS A BISCUIT AND AS "COUNTRY" AS DIRT!!

    The chicken recipe is great a adaptable to other types of entrees. I use a different dumpling recipe though.
