Delicious. My husband is not a big fan of gorgonzola but even he enjoyed this dish. Very easy, will make again.
    Thanks!

I just made this tonight for dinner, and boy was it amazing! I used beef tenderloin sliced instead of sirloin and half and half instead of heavy cream and it was great. I also only had portabello mushrooms instead of cremini but like I said it's great. NO COMPLAINTS!

Firstly, a little helping of this goes a long way because the creamy gorgonzola sauce is so rich. It was absolutely delicious. The color of the sauce is sort of greyish brown and so might not be so appealing visually - this might have been made worse by the fact that I used portobello mushrooms instead of cremini? Its an easy dish to make and well worth the effort.

This was an excellent dish! My wife loved it even though she is not a mushroom fan. I tired this dish with other cheeses; I recommend you do this dish only with soft cheeses...Otherwise you would have wasted your time. The only down fall to this dish is it takes a while?.
