I served this at my Oscar party and it was A HIT!! All 20 guests raved over it. How nice for something so simple.

I made pesto from the basil in our garden, roasted my own pepper and used good fontina plus turkey from the deli. It was good. Probably would be better with some home cooked roasted turkey pulled off the bone. Nice sandwich but not something I'll make again. I felt like it needed something more.

I used Swiss cheese and freshly baked Italian bread. I omitted the roasted bell peppers, I used store bought pesto sauce with turkey meat. I put this in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. I love this sandwich and I will make this again.

This is an EXCELLENT recipe for left over turkey. It's super easy to make and the flavors go together well. I will definitely make this this recipe again.

This was a good sandwich, a nice combo of ingredients. It just needed something to give it a little more zing in the taste. Perhaps the pesto I used was a little too bland.

All too easy! Just assemble and go. The flavors the sandwich provided were like a jubilee in my mouth. Well done, Emeril!

Simplify with store-bought pesto and jarred roasted red peppers, or make your own from scratch for a fresh and satisfying result. Also works well with Monterrey Jack cheese or provolone. Whatever cheese (meats or veggies for that matter! you have on hand! Thanks, Emeril!

very good recipe. absolutely delicious. I also like to make this even simpler with turkey, swiss, and pesto sauce on ciabatta. just throw it in the panini maker and you have an excellent snack or meal
